JACKSON AVUDZIVI
– HEAD CHEF –
Jackson joined the Hemingway’s team in April 2005 as a Line Cook. His hard work and positive contributions led him to the position of Night Chef not long after. Jackson personifies the word team and can always be depended on to deliver our high-quality food through the busiest rushes.
After Gus’s retirement at the end of 2022, Jackson has taken over as Chef and with his Kitchen Manager of over 25 years, Suresh, will lead the Kitchen into 2023.

Rob Tersigni has been an integral part of the Hemingway’s team since 2018. His knowledge and experience in the restaurant industry has been an invaluable asset. His positive attitude, passion for guest experience and teamwork make him the perfect person to lead our team.
